The short answer: yes. Our full slab partners are the top, nationwide distributors of stone countertops in North America. As such, they have a high saturation of distribution hubs throughout the United States. Most major metropolitan and suburban areas fall within a region that can be accommodated by the local showrooms and warehouse facilities of our distributor partners.
Do I have to pay in full upfront?
We offer financing and payment installment options through our payments partner, Klarna. Options for purchase will vary based on the size and total cost of your project.
Do slabs need to be sent to a specific kind of facility or commercial address?
Yes. When ordering full slabs, they must be shipped to a verified fabrication business or facility. These facilities are equipped with the equipment necessary to handle the delivery of countertop slabs for your project. After you place an order for a full slab, our team will verify the address and the ability of the site to receive a full slab shipment. Should issues or complications arise with the verificaiton, we will inform you and determine next best steps.
Can I view slabs in person?
Yes. Our distributor partners are nationwide and have many showrooms and distribution hubs dispersed across the United States. How long before my slabs arrive?
The shipping time for slabs is based on a few factors: availability and shipping time. The average shipping time for slabs is 7-10 business days from the time that the order is placed. For slabs that are low in stock or backordered, there can be an additional 2-3 weeks for processing and production. Once the order is placed, we work closely with both the distributor and you to ensure timely delivery and consistent communication regarding the status of your order.
